I like dealing with government...

My company was accidentally named in a matrimonial dispute and we were ordered under a "Notice of Continual Seizure" to pay a portion of Bob's wages to the court to satisfy what Sally was owed.

In naming us they provided personal and private information of Bob and Sally.

After I satisfied Justice we had no knowledge of these two monkeys until gov brought them to my attention, I filed a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner.

Now Justice has to explain to the Privacy Commissioner why they are releasing confidential information to anonymous individuals.

I also did an Access to Information request to get even more information, Justice had to dedicate hours of time to block.

I'm now appealing to the next court, all it takes is two minutes and one form.
