Not the best area to be trading in IMHO. They are still in either an accumulation or distribution process.

Still looking for a pattern here or better yet a failed pattern would be even better.

A handle would be best if formed between the .382 and .50 at the top yellow zone.



EDIT

The bullish case is that this is just an accumulation phase and we will get another short squeeze back up to the bottom of the previous Wycoff structure.
