Roger, My understanding is that the company is willing to buy it's own shares back because they are so undervalued at these levels that it's a smart way to spend some excess corporate cash, not to provide a means for a quick flip or to "prop up the stock". The timing of those purchases is up to management as has been stated. I can tell you from the looks of the TL the last couple days that it has been obvious that the company has been doing some buying and I have sure been glad to see it. I feel that Joe is doing what he said he was going to do and sure do appreciate the companies help in drying up these "soft shares". It's going to be really fun IMO when this stocks price finally starts to catch up to it's fundamental value.

James
