Re: GGTI

Thanks for bringing out the GTI news. I looked at the company's profile and it seems too good to be true therefore I appreciate it very much if you can tell me what do you think can be wrong with this picture.

The company has a book value of $6.38/shr, and the current stock price is at around $4.75/shr. It is selling at 0.38 times the revenue, and has only about 8 million outstanding shares. The company has gone through a tremendous restructuring and thus its cost has declined dramatically (which caused their last quarter loss to decline by 75%). Of course their revenue also declined by 8%. But nevertheless, this company is selling well below its book value.

Does market think this company has absolutely no chance of survival and it is anticipating that its book value will soon decrease dramatically thus discounting the current stock price to reflect that?
Or this company is simply being ignored (which from its average daily volume of around 14,000 shares seems to be the case).

Your thoughts (or anyone elses) are appreciated.

Regards,

Addi Jamshidi
