The ordering of the Military to take an experimental vaccine is unlawful, they can be tried for crimes against humanity, the Nuremburg trials is an example.

Whoever, initiated the order should be held criminally liable as well as those that enforced the order.

Eventually these people will be dealt with, the data is still being collected.
