saw something about blackrock limiting redemptions out of their real estate fund. I think it was the one that invests mostly in single family homes. I think that if you can buy something that has a reasonable 8% dividend and offers inflation protection that sounds pretty good and you are gonna do a lot better owning that than the average stock market or bond investor. I just wonder if you are better off with cto or cio or should just own both.
