< once the dems get enough votes they will codify safe abortions for women in every state and over rule the SC!> They had enough votes, in the first 2 years of Obama’s term…and didn’t do it. If they got rid of the 60-vote Senate rule, they could have done it anytime in the last 2 years….but they didn’t. They could do it today, in the lame duck session….but they won’t. The fact is, the Democratic Party is fractured, has no clear sense of purpose, and no sense of urgency.
