iMining Technologies (IMIN-V) Another One Bites the Bust December 2nd 2022 Cease Trade/Suspend Company
A cease trade order has been issued by the British Columbia and Ontario securities commission on Dec. 1, 2022, against iMining Technologies Inc. for failing to file its interim financial report for the period ended Aug. 31, 2022, its annual audited financial statements for the year ended May 31, 2022, its MD&As (management's discussion and analysis documents) for the periods ended May 31, 2022, and Aug. 31, 2022, and its certification of annual and interim filings for the periods ended May 31, 2022, and Aug. 31, 2022.
Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the companies during the period of the suspension or until further notice. |
