Agree. No master plan or estimated costs for rolling out the replacement of all gasoline driven cars. If one was ever done the conclusion would be "this is a nonstarter". For the points referenced in those tweets. Imagine doing a pilot program for all of NY. It would be chaos. How about the charging stations required and electrical grid requirements and the windmills needed. How about the mile long lines of EVs waiting for the charger to free up for the daily commute.
