Apparently, Brazil has a lot of trust in their military. Not sure if that is written in their law, or is it a tradition of some sort - but it falls to the military to restore peace and a functional, legitimate government.

Afaik, the same system is practiced in Pakistan. Once in a while, politicians create a great mess - and the military comes in and restores order.

In another example, as I posted earlier today - in the Roman Republic - their way out of a political dead end was to appoint a Dictator, for a limited period of time. Worked for them, for 500 years.

What will be our solution? Do we, as a nation, have the ability to discover a way to solve this election dilemma - and avoid anarchy and violence? Along with a possible destruction of the socio-economic system? Avoid killing the goose and its golden eggs?

Remains to be seen.
