The seeds of high inflation started with Trump and his two stimulus packages of 2T and 900B, the last one passed on 12/27/2020 before he left office. The public realized this and that is why blaming high inflation exclusively on the Biden Administration was not tenable. Moreover, the public overwhelmingly supported all stimulus packages from Trump and Biden. Moreover, there were other factors that came into play such as supply chain constraints, that played a major factor, which resulted from stopping and then starting up the global economy anew.

And although I was anti-vax and remain anti-vax for health reasons and risk, the vast majority of Americans have been vaccinated and approved those vaccinations. So, that is a moot point.

Playing partisan politics, which Trump is very good at in terms of cowtowing to his base, will not win him elections moving forward.
