A key element in this PR that I missed on first scan is that NPK expects the railway to pay for the branch line to be constructed, or at least that's how I interpret this. As stated in the press release published by the Company on May 16, 2022,6 the investment in the railway branch construction is expected to be assumed by the rail operator. LC
