Steve, you lost me, its easy to do. I thought you wanted to stir up debate about the advantages of not using a "direct" trading system on our computers. But then in the next post you state that Yammer is prolly going to get set up with DLJ Direct.... so what is to debate? Steve, you provide a SUPER, excellent service to your clients, the addition of an online system at Yamner seems like a wise move. The time factor , i think it is ALMOST a toss up, just seconds. However the thought of speaking with an "expert" when I am a lowly daytrader and a newbie at that....yuk. PSYCOLOGICALLY, I don't want to interact with a broker to trade. I dread it. It is an extra hurdle that I would rather not jump over. Perhaps after I have been trading for ten or twenty years (assuming I get through the rest of the week), I wouldn't mind talking to a broker a few times a day. By then I prolly won't even be able to. Prolly be outlawed or something, keyboard entry only.... I guess everyone else on the thread has no opinion on the issue. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzz..... the thread is so sleepy. funk
