From a January '98 article:
Corel's holiday doldrum

...Now, Cowpland can only hope some of Corel's plans
for 1998 will revive the company's fallen fortunes.

Some of the attention will focus on the Corel Video
Network Computer, which accesses Java software from
a central server and which was recently unveiled by
its subsidiary, Corel Computer Corp. Corel Video
and Corel Remote technology are also being marketed
and distributed through an agreement with Canadian
Satellite Communications Inc.

Otis Elevators recently purchased 1,500 licenses
for Resero, a new corporate online analytical
software tool developed by Corel. And then there's
the $2 million, two-year deal with Digital
Equipment Corp. where CorelDraw 8 graphics software
will be bundled with DEC's Alpha chip-based
workstations.

According to the Ottawa Citizen, a deal is pending
with Northern Telecom under which Corel would
license and commercialize Nortel employee software,
which will serve various functions, including the
automation of expense claims.
