Dave & all - Dave, thx for the post. The good thing is that it is inline with expectation, excluding the one time gain of the sale of the audiotex division. Since that division was deemed of having the least amount of potentials, it would be a fair assumption that growth would accelerate going forward [without being dragged down by the division.]

A cursory look at the #s. You are right, they are not spectacular. OTOH, the balance sheet has substantial improvement. Additionally, if we can hold mgt to its words, the cost cutting efforts [relocation etc.] should kick in going forward - and therefore the margin should increase.

Any idea if there is a cc? If memory serves, things went downhill after the cc exactly a yr ago! Hope that this time it is the opposite <G>
