Charles, I have heard of Delta Three, but after going thru news releases yesterday I still can't figure the exact relationship with voclf. The Internet phone services are being provided through Delta Three, a wholly-owned unit of RSL Communications. Delta Three is setting up gateways in all European centres. The above excerpt from that article is confusing also since voclf has a stake in ITXC gateway which would be a competitor to Delta Three. Correct me if I'm wrong and what do you believe the relationship with voclf and Delta Three is? Ted
