Frank:

I congratulate you on your thorough and extensive due diligence
on this company. I have personally followed Crystallex since
1992, when it was under the leadership of one Bobby Miller.
What is not apparent to all of the newcomers(especially the doubters)
is that this company changed dramatically once Marc Oppenheimer
took over the leadership. I have had the privilege of meeting
him, and discussing the prospects of Crystallex for several hours
on more than one occasion.

He is a rare individual indeed: extremely hard-working, dedicated
to specific goals, and yet very down to earth and approachable.
He is also gifted with an umbelievable memory and attention to
detail. Finally, he is a humanist and has taken great pains to
take into consideration the needs of the locals in Venezuela
as well as the environment. Those of you who doubt this company
would be completely converted by a face to face meeting with him.

The point is that, not only is he an outstanding individual, but
as I tallied the goals of the company, they were accomplished one
by one. Listing on Toronto, getting rid of old baggage, listing
on the Amex were all goals that were met. Beginning production in
1996 also occurred, and it was the first company to do that in
the Km 88 district.

Now, with the addition of Robert Fung, and Robert Nihon, and
later with Paris, this company has risen to another level altogether.
It is hard to escape the feeling that this ship is iron-clad and is
going to sail to lofty destinations.

Frank, you have an excellent grasp of the history of the recent
events. One more point: Placer Dome, in applying for financing
to develop the Las Cristinas, privately spoke of 20+million ounces
not the 9 million ounces they were talking about publically.
Bob Bishop has also more than once confirmed that his sources
suggest a much larger resource than the published one.

That is what the market is looking at. I believe that with
continued success in the quest of the LC 4 and 6 this stock
should be valued in the double digits without any question, no
matter how you look at it: U.S. $15 or more if you include only
published numbers, and well into the 20's if you assume 20 million
ounces.

Alberto, your point is exactly on target. What on earth is the
martket trying to tell us? With hardly any sellers and still
a lot of buying in the background, I have to believe that the buyers
expect a double from these levels, which I believe is in the cards.
I respect any differring opinions, and especially those who are short
and are up front about it, but I think that the handwriting is on
the wall and the signatures hopefully will soon appear on the SCJ
official documents.

Regards

Dan
