At the AWS conference my son spoke with the head of a major power company. He told my son that the national electric grid would have to increase its capabilities by 400% to support a complete rollout of EVs in the US. As I wrote this is a nonstarter. So how will this rationalize. No EVs for the "unwashed" and they'll be required to use public transportation.
