I received that via an email.

I think whenever MXL management discusses SIMO in investor presentations they are going to transcribe the conversation, and make a filing with the SEC of the transcript.

I interpet the message as everything is moving forward as planned. However, the market price indicates lots of investors think China or something is likely to torpedo the deal. We just gotta wait and see what happens.
