This doesn't worry me in the least. At the end of last Q there were only 20 mil authorized shares. This is only 1.2 mil more than were outstanding at third quarter report. They can't dilute earnings any more than that. If they eventually issue another 50 mil that can affect future per share amounts but for now 20 mil is the worst case possible.
