No it doesn't. It means the judges refused to take the case and therefore the only avenue left is appeal. The higher you go, the less chance a plaintiff has of winning because the higher up the ladder, the more the judges 'owe' their position to the party that put them there.

Barr wasn't corrupt, he IS corrupt. So is Durham. In fact, I've met exactly one honest judge in my life and he was pro tem so he had nothing to lose by being honest.

All judges are by default lawyers. Lawyers serve the court, not you. Occasionally you will find a decent lawyer...but with judges it is much harder.

attorneys for each party – the Supreme Court of the United States held in Ex parte Garland [1] that "Attorneys and counselors are not officers of the United States; they are officers of the court, admitted as such by its order upon evidence of their possessing sufficient legal learning and fair private character."

If we had more like this guy, things would be a hell of a lot different. It takes balls of steel to walk the walk Gerry walked.

"Gerry Spence, born, reared and educated in Wyoming, is recognized nationwide for his legacy of powerful courtroom victories. He graduated cum laude from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1952, and has spent his lifetime representing the poor, the injured, the forgotten and the damned against what he calls “the new slave master,” a combine of mammoth corporations and gargantuan government."
