He meant that there is no provision in the Constitution that deals with election theft, and we should deal with that.
No he didn't. He clearly meant that the Constitution is founded upon free and fair elections, which is true.

He also thinks that without free and fair elections, the Constitution is nothing but a piece of paper.

The problem is that he thinks the 2020 election wasn't "fair" just because he didn't win.

And just because he didn't win, that renders the Constitution null and void.

EDIT: No need to tell me that Trump only wants to terminate "certain parts" of the Constitution, because it's up to him to clarify that, not spinsters who feel uncomfortable with the direction Trump is going in.
