Well, looks like Herb got into the act. No mention of what I emailed him about, but critical nonetheless. Will see if it has any effect on the stock price. Read on an AOL MF post that analysts were looking for $3/share for 2000 before the price hike announcement, and that estimates will most likely be raised. Still, you have to wonder. Why not separate the service refund out as a non-recurring item instead of reducing cost of revenues. Is this a recurring item that will be there every quarter? I don't think so. And this company is still really losing money from operations, regardless of what they reported.
