I don't know, and the problem is. I wouldn't know how to write the test because the pattern completion is the starting point. It then has to confirm and then have a HSI arrow fire.

Then you would have to have a profit target, stop loss. Which is all trade management.

Scott has a bot he has been working on for years. He still is not happy with the trade management part of it.

It's just to complicated to code everything that might happen.

If you don't do any of these things and just go with a confirmed pattern. They work about 80% of the time to the T1.

The 20% that get overrun to the 1.618 ext of the pattern, return to the completion of the pattern almost 100% of the time.

This is a ES 2100 tick chart. You can see the problem. If you tried to trade the pattern at confirmation of the first ABCD you would have had a 16.5 point draw down before the pattern kicked in.
