That is correct. And that is the inverse property of math!

For example, if the 30 coins you separated had 0 with their blue side up, then that leaves all 30 blue-side-up coins in the other pile. Flipping these 30 red-side-up coins means you end up with a matching 30 blue-side-up in this smaller pile. Similarly, if you somehow blindly separated six blue-side-up coins among the 30, that leaves 14 in the other pile. Flipping these 30 obviously turns six to red and the other 14 to blue-- a match. And so forth.
