Soccer my fav sport for 30 yrs, though don't watch quite as much as when 2 sons were playing for youth travel teams & I was stumbling around the pitch in an adult league.<g> Anyway, don't mean to be argumentative. But quite honestly? Surprised at how high the quality of this World Cup has been. Wish America had gone further, but they have nothing to be ashamed of, IMO. Watched video of UK vs France yesterday. Other than Harry Kane missing his 2nd PK to tie the game? It was an outstanding game offensively AWA defensively for both teams. One great play after another. And look at the sensational performances of Cinderella teams, Morocco & Croatia. Could go on & on. Iso
