I'm glad you took it the way it was intended, as I would not have asked for your insight if I did not think I could learn something from you.

Maybe you or one of the others here can help me with something else. SI notifies me when I get a reply or recommendation to one of my posts. I have noticed that the recommendations here seem to appear initially, but then later disappear from the "New rec's" notifications and "New Recommendations of my messages" list. If I go back to those posts with the new recommendations, I can see the new recommendations are still there, but for some reason, no longer seem to appear in the above stats.

Does anyone know why this happens?
