My take of Zelensky is that he’s a weak leader - and easily manipulated. Personally, probably a shrewd guy who made himself rich. Politically, he was created by an oligarch by the name Kolomoysky - who sponsored both his show, where he plays an attractive President - and his presidential campaign. Later, when greater forces got involved, the smart billionaire likely decided to write Zeli off as a failed investment - and step aside. And now, the world is stuck with this utterly uninteresting dude.
