I asked a partner lawyer in a top international law firm [in London] and she dismissed that idea as wrong. "Unlikely.. I'd say".

As a recovering lawyer now in retirement, I’d say the person to ask is not a lawyer with an international, practice, but rather a member of the class action, complex litigation Bar.

Think of the lawyers who flood the internet and airwaves with solicitations for clients who drank the water at Camp Lejune, or who sprayed Roundup around the yard.
