Shane, very much appreciate your posts. What, in your opinion, are the products most likely to lead LSI out of the gross revenue 'blahs' and in what order would you prioritize them? I take it we would have a list that would contain at least some of these elements: DVD, DCAM, Network Chips, Set Top Boxes, Sony Playstations (don't know generic name for this category, consumer appliances?). Obviously add/delete as you see fit. I own LSI for lots of reasons, but frankly Wall Street seems to think its a DRAM company with SEA exposure. Ludicrous of course, but the more subtle point,IMO, is that "they" don't know who/what LSI is because LSI has yet to break out of the pack with a 'defining' product that establishes them in the market, and not incidentally, makes a lot of money. As an investor, I have to evaluate what, if any, of the break out list has the potential to do it. Appreciate your comments, and those of others, of course. Regards, Mike Doyle |
