Everyone who pumped FTX I suspect. Either them or those who lost money based on their recommendations.



Will the SBF tune change at all in a congressional hearing?

Looks as if lots are going to be interested to see if existing fraud laws will be enforced.

I am guessing that will focus attention by a lot of people.
