Guillermo Del Toro's Pinocchio imdb.com This is a really beautiful movie. As with all Del Toro's work- the details are exceptional. Also, as with all Del Toro's work, there are some really dark scary scenes. I expected to only pretend to watch this- had my computer out to work on- but it sucked me in. Del Toro rolled fascist Italy into the story- so it's plenty dark. But there's a lot to like and I certainly found it interesting. And the ending is very poignant.
