So far they are bypassing that.
I can't really speculate.
From an inhumanistic, pure dollars and cents kind of pov, given the vulnerability of the elderly, it may not have much of an effect. Then again, maybe it will push for another lockdown. Or maybe they will buy a ton of Moderna vaccines. I can't tell.
