Just for you, Quck, since you're still of the opinion that China is on RuZZia's side:

The stated reason is that China needs those processors for its own military.

But we all know that the underlying reason is because China doesn't want to actively support the loser in this war.

Instead, they're content with taking advantage of discounts on RuZZian natural resources. Just like North Korea.
