Personally, I do NOT like "politically vibrant". Politically placid, stable, calm suits me much better than vibrant. Peaceful and prosperous are excellent.

* of course any other letter of the alphabet has the same problem. A for Albania, B for Brazil, C for China, D for Denmark, E for EU, F for Fiji, G for Ghana, H for Haiti, I for India, .... etc....
