I’d guess after that deSanctimonous issue no one can blame DeSantis if he simply stays clear from the 2024 nomination politics - at least for now. For a guy who won his first Gov run with difficulty (thanks to Trump's help) he’s doing extremely well. His recent CoViD symposium was a success - he will be seen as a state Governor who gives a lot of thought to the well-being of the entire nation. The guy has brass cojones - to cancel all CoViD precautions staring on Oct 2, 2020 wasn’t easy. He had to stand up to a massive amount of hatred, for a long time - until it became obvious to everyone with a functioning cortex that he was right. Imho, let him do what he thinks is right. (Not that he’s asking me - or anyone… lol).
