When I first saw the ad in real time with Steph Curry and Shaq talking about FTX, I thought it was Curry being smart to say he knew nothing.... But AFTER watching this video replay, I see he did come out and say it was SAFE... implying to me he checked it out and what he put there was safe, even for people who know nothing about crypto... He's a great basketball player and I've watched nearly every game he's played on TV after his first season... but he's crap as an investor. I think Underarmor has done poorly since he took stock and money to promote that brand rather than Nike... and if he was paid in crypto to do the ad, he's probably hoping he is not held liable for saying it was a safe place to put your crypto currency.
