Dividends received: SCHD, O, PBA, GLW
Dividend raises: WEC, AMGN, O. Good rasies by WEC and AMGN, tiny one from O.
Purchased
MDT (now a .42 weight position), TU, (now a .91 weight position) and GLW (now a .89 weight position).
SSD released a note on PBA. Changing from a monthly to a quarterly dividend payment schedule unlikely to have any impact on its dividend safety - that rating is now 80, just one point below the Very Safe range.
I like writing these weekly updates and hope they give lurkers and others a sense of what the weekly investing life of a retired person with a 6 digit portfolio total is like when one focuses on dividend income, dividend growth, dividend yield and valuation at time of purchase. |
