It might, or some slight variation. I'm told that people walked more toes first to avoid manure back when, no doubt ones environment has physical effects.

I didn't notice the prancing until we moved to New Jersey and others pointed it out. They wore jackets when I was still comfortable in a tee shirt, those sorts of things were the little details of culture shock.
