This acquisition appears to be moving along smoothly..... O2Micro to Hold Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders finance.yahoo.com OIIM is being acquired for $5.00 per share. I've read on various posts that there are 7 cents per share of expenses in the deal (??), so maybe owners only receive net $4.93, but I'm not sure on that. It's expected to close in Q1 2023.
