OIIM. With news today that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held January 31, the merger continues apace. I upped my position this morning and again this afternoon.

Presuming the deal will be held as scheduled, and the deal will be approved, the deal will presumably close then or couple days later . For $4.50 share now, shareholders should get $4.93 ($5 less Elroy's comment of possible 7c expenses). That's almost a 10% return in six weeks assuming presumptions are correct.

I'll take it!
