Sounds like you’re taking good care of yourself. That’s great. One thing that comes through my mind is that maybe you need to see your doctor about those dark spots on your arms. They may have a different reason, not Quercitin. I’d get them checked. You’re right about the vaccines - everyone has to decide for themselves. Good luck to you too, P - and Merry Christmas!
