Scott-- Could you run the numbers again just to set a base based on a worst case senario using the following assumtions:

1. VGM's are out on 7/1/99

2 Bingo Halls are added during 1998 --assume 50 new halls for entire year.

3. Use current averages for Bingo hall revenues , and current revenues for VGM's, although I believe if faced with shutdown the average profits will increase per machine based on a change in % payout..

What would 1998 look like and 1999 with only half of 1999 having VGM revenue? Using a 20 x earnings, I bet both years would be above current stock price. Keep # of shares constant. THanks for your work.
