The main demographic is the baby boomer that has some prior remaining equity in a house but not enough to maintain it and after seeing the rate of their outgo at a faster pace than originally budgeted made this choice and secondarily the younger generation who cannot afford traditional housing opting to live this nomadic lifestyle permanently and not some person on section 8 or homeless Oliver Twist character on drugs. BTW most of the RVs were towables of newer stock (not some old dilapidated eyesore) and highly doubtful were acquired from a private party. They are plenty of youtube channels dedicated to this group of people. i.e cheapRVliving etc

My detracting issue with CWH is the leverage being potentially dangerous in this macro environment but I believe the company is certainly shrinking the pie of competitors at a persistent pace and if they survive this period should flourish in the future.
