Chris: I just had a look at the graph of BOCI. OUCH!!! Tough for me to call what's happening a base yet since the stock has trended down so dramatically the last little while. Then again yesterday and today have seen such heavy volume and the stock has not tanked some more. So you may be right about a n/t "point" bottom (as opposed to a basing bottom...)
