Musk has lots to say, too. If he hadn't bought Twitter, you think we would even have known of the collusion?
No offense (at least not in this instance), but that's a stupid question. The collusion was already plain and obvious to anyone who was paying attention.

The real insidious part about this unholy alliance is that no one in the federal government really had to twist anyone's arm at Twitter.

In other words, Twitter would have done all of this on their own accord. And that's perfectly legal.
