Dave: Some seem to feel that they will now become aggressive. The feeling that if Fonar jumpstarted before this hearing and were doing super things that someone may take that as they have recovered from their harm and maybe rethink the value of this case. It makes sense to me and if we start getting some news releases now (immediately) then the shoe would fit. Also remember beating GE put Siemens and Toshiba in a real defenseless position with this foreign espionage stuff in front of the senate, of which Dr. D> addressed this committee in person. IMHO.
