There is no doubt in my mind that PooTin DOESN'T say what he means.

Otherwise he'd be calling this a full-scale WAR instead of a sPeCiAl mIlItArY oPeRaTiOn, especially if he truly believes the existence of Mother RuZZia is at stake.

Otherwise he'd ask the entire population of RuZZia to help support his war of choice, instead of trying to keep 50% of them depoliticized.

Otherwise he'd admit that he's deliberately targeting civilians and civilian infrastructure in an effort to break the will of the Ukrainian nAzIs.

Otherwise he'd admit that his goal all along was Kyiv, not Donbas.

Whether or not he believes all of that bullshit over nAzIs or NATO expansionism or the very threat of RuZZia's existence is irrelevant.

What matters here is that PooTin is a complete and utter liar, and there is hardly anyone on Earth more corrupt than he is. The evidence of said corruption is overwhelming, and only the Z-nationalists and the PooTin Qucks refuse to see it.
