ProTrader; You are out-to-lunch and just repeating the same BS as spewed forth by PDG spin doctors and picked up but the mainstream press. The facts are that Judge Acuna in her admissions Ruling with regard to Inversora Mael's petition (11 motions), made mention that she was not in a position to rule on the gold issues (3 motions) as there was involved a Statute of Limitations involved here and that this should be considered by the full Political Administration Chamber. She was, in effect, deferring this issue. However, Kry appealed this ruling (an automatic procedure) July 31, 1997, three days later Acuna, suspended the legal effect of this ruling, thereby denying MINCA/PDG 'standing'; and the three gold motions went forward along with the other eight, regarding copper, to be considered by the full Political Administration Chamber of the Venuezuelan Supreme Court. This SC PAC, is chaired by Justice Celia Gomez, who along with the others, have ruled in Inversora Mael's (KRY) favor three (3) times before. Maels ownership rights are inviolate. What is now before the SC PAC is a perfection of this title. The SC will RULE on that which has already been admitted i.e. all of KRY's 11 motions to annul Minca' (PDG) mining rights as was ILLEGALLY awarded them by the CVG! There will be NO APPEAL ON BEHALF OF MINCA, and the RULING, my misguiding friend, will come solidly down on the side of KRY/Mael. SO take YOUR PROMOTION and MISINFORMATION elsewhere! |
