Hey Stephen,
I listened to Harris CEO on CNBC this morning.
In saying nothing about telecom sector when asked it APPEARED he might have been saying more than nothing.
If I got it right his response was something to the effect: That sector will improve much this year also. Probably just me, but it APPEARED he was holding back.
Also I thought it strange that Mark in all his infinite wisdom never asked him to explain what he meant.
I dunno, just an observation.
